The price is on the front page, and so is what is included. This is everything underneath it — year two, what the others charge, and what happens once the twelve payments stop.

Now look at year two. Year two is $65 a month if you want us to keep looking after it. Or nothing at all if you would rather run it yourself. Every other software bill you pay goes up. Ours is the only one we know of that goes down.

And every kennel runs the same version. There is only one, so nothing is held back from you for not paying — a fix is a fix for everybody. If we host it, updates arrive on their own. If you host it yourself, the new version is yours whenever you want it and we will tell you it is there; putting it in place is the one job that becomes yours.

Once the license is paid off: $0/month software subscription. Your copy keeps working, at your kennel, for as long as you run it.

Prices taken from each company’s own public pricing page on August 28, 2026, at their published monthly rate. Gingr’s Stay tier is $179 with their integrated payments and $209 without. Kennel Connection’s KC Cloud is $149; their desktop plans start at $89 and two-way texting is a further $50. Revelation Pets is $60 on Silver and $77 on Gold; Pawfinity’s boarding plan is also $60. Paying yearly brings several of these down — Revelation Pets is $605 a year, which is $1,815 over three, and Gingr is $154 a month on an annual plan. So yes: a good tool at $60 a month costs less than staying on our care plan. It still costs more than owning ours outright, and at the end of it you have paid rent rather than bought anything. Features, payment processing and setup differ between all of these — compare what you actually need, not only the number.

And running it yourself is the easy part.

No computer in the office to look after. It lives on the web, the way your website does. Nothing to patch, nothing that dies in a thunderstorm.
One account, set up once. We hand it over working, in your name, with a written walkthrough. If you have ever set up an email address, this is smaller.
Nothing for staff to install. They open a web address on the phone in their pocket. No app store, no updates to chase, no devices to manage.
Your data, downloadable any time. One button takes a full backup of everything — it is your kennel's information and it stays that way.

This is how it is meant to end: you pay for the year, we hand it over, and you get on with running your kennel without us in it.

After your first year

Then it is your call.

Your twelve payments are done and the license is paid. Most kennels stop right there, and that is the plan — running it yourself is genuinely straightforward. What comes next is a menu, not a wall.

Free either way, forever: if something in the product is not working the way it should, that is ours to fix. Bug fixes are never an hourly charge, whichever option below you pick.
